No freakin way could you force me to join the NOPD, and work in the East.
People dump trash in the road. Not just residential can, but the piles on Old Gentilly look like they are dumping roll offs.
Most of the areas floods during an afternoon shower.
The area also has alot of population for the area.

This area should have the minimum of 8 uniform patrol officers per shift.
Then no support from the DA, public, and judges.
