That I agree with I hate to say it but a big problem is black ownership of these dogs using them as fighting dogs turning them into hateful killing machines. If a pitbull is owned by a law abiding citizen generally that pit bull will live a good life and stay out of trouble.

Don't dump it all on blacks there is no better indicator of white trash status than pit bull ownership.
