If this is what it is we're in big trouble. Are they trying to get into their BP by taking so many first strikes raising the pitcher's pitch count over time?

We'll be fine. It's baseball. It's a streaky game.

Dude can barely throw strikes. Nothing wrong with us taking a lot of pitches

They are completely overmatched by this kid. Best strategy is to try and get him out of the game on pitch count. That slider is pretty much unhittable.

This pitcher is really good. He'll be in the big leagues. Definitely tying to get his pitch count up and get him out. He's playing really well.

Maybe it’s Iowa’s pitcher. Usually good pitching neutralizes good hitting. I don’t know maybe we should fire the coach.

How about we give the coaches some credit and assume they told their players, “kid on the hill is a beast, take any pitch not in your wheelhouse till first strike to force them to hit the bullpen.” Kid on the bump is a beast, so don’t give him the benefit of putting the bat on the ball and it being weak contact.

it's the 4th, we've scored at-least 5 runs in every game. Even the best hitting teams have off days.

Here come the overreaction threads to a tough hitting day.

Y’all act like you’ve never seen a baseball game. For instance, the Houston astros were the best team in MLB in 2022. They were blown out a handful of times during the season.

Teams have bad games. It happens. If you really think that a team with Tommy White, Dylan Crews, Tre Morgan, Gavin Dugas isn’t a great hitting team…..then you’re lost
