I had my physical last week. Early 40s and 175 lbs. I take Creatine during winter months and stopped about a week before physical.
It has my Creatinine range as 0.5 - 1.2 and mine was 1.1
It usually takes me about a month to lose the Creatine weight and assuming my levels are higher at moment.

Pretty much everyone who lifts has elevated creatinine levels.
I researched this the very first time I ever did blood work and mine came back high.
