Is it that bad?

yes but it is worth it to get rid of stuff sometimes easier than a garage sale. When we downsized after the flood I just had people show up back to back all day. Whatever was left at the end of the day was donated. It was easier than packing everything up

In the area of Little Rock that I live, I sell and buy stuff all the time on a local BST group. It’s porch pick up only, and it’s 100% housewives who either buy from me or vice versa. I don’t ever use general FBMP, that can be dicey.

I occasionally use it to sell kids clothing that can’t be handed down, and a few times when cleaning out my closet. I made $1000 a few months ago just selling dresses, shirts and a few jackets. It can be tedious to photograph and price/post it all.

I’ve found some great deals on kid’s clothing. Found a local girl who’s son is a year older than my toddler and has the same name. She monograms everything and now just messages me when she’s cleaning out bc she knows I’ll buy all her pristine monogrammed stuff. She under charges me and I consider it a Godwink.
