The Coursey and Sherwood intersection has been an overlooked shithole for about 15 years now. There's more than enough shitty apartments in that area to keep Boil & Roux open.

It was good news when quarters closed but boil and roux is still hanging around. They seem to only really be packed on weekend nights. I don't know if it's sustainable long term. The hookah lounge down Sherwood is another weekend hot spot.

Definitely get to hear the chargers reving it up going up an down coursey and Sherwood on those nights.

Won't be long before we have a shooting at one of these spots
