All three returning walkons played in a game earlier in the year, they went in at the same time. Probably UNO since it was a blowout.

As a member of that student section last year, I can second how much I miss the energy. WW brought a culture and a passion to LSU hoops that invigorated the students and got them involved. It made them care about a sport that for years was suffering with TJ and JJ.

MM and his staff have done largely nothing to involve the students. Last year, they gave out Wade Brigade hats, big heads of the players, pom-poms, etc. Anything to get the students involved and excited. Nowadays the students just show up for a free shirt and leave.

It's honestly extremely sad and disheartening. We were on the verge of greatness with WW as the HC, and now we're back into the pit of mediocrity.

It’s got to be clear that energy and enthusiasm is necessary if you’re gonna coach basketball here. Wade and Brown engaged the fans and students. Brady had some success but clashed with fans and was an abrasive personality especially with the players. TJ and Jones had the personality of drywall. I had zero doubts from tPear’s opening presser that he’d deliver.
