Super cool that Trey lost to a guy that hasn't even played one NBA minute and was solely promoted so they could play in the dunk contest.
He was announced before he had a team. There was a G League player in the skills competition as well.

I think some people are understandably crying foul because Trey was competing. There’s a bigger picture here though. The GLeague is starting to compete head to head with the NCAA for players. They’ve already shown you can go to the GLeague and be a top 10 pick. Now the GLeague can also tout sharing the stage at All Star weekend.
