Yes, he does. Watch the very beginning of the clip. You almost have to stop it 1 second in but it's there.

Brother, I have watched this clip about a hundred times trying to see it and I have come to the conclusion you’re just high as frick because he never goes to the ground. He touches the ground with his hand as he’s coming out of his break, which is very common, and that’s it.

I’ve watched it 6 times at no point is he on the ground. The only hold is on his break and it didn’t slow him at all. Bradbury saying he held him but was hoping it wouldn’t get called is proof it was ticky tack. If it was “egregious” he wouldn’t be saying “I hoped it wouldn’t get called”
