ive never been there but based off what i read about it on here, it's one of those places that's pretty nice now but will be an overcrowded, traffic nightmare, hellhole of transplants and generic suburban development soon enough

The Madison area west of HSV already has headed in that direction. Plus they are mostly engineers, so they are boring know-it-alls.
