I was hoping you'd answer that for me.

I'm going to have to research a little and do a deeper dive now. Didn't the US encourage people to have children, thus resulting in the boomer generation? I know China was on the opposite side and has done population control.

I think the country you would place refugees in would matter. I'm not sure Ireland is the best place for Ukrainian refugees to go, but it's better than Ukraine right now.
