LSU vs SC……..

Let’s see if we see them again and close the gap this year. No one is probably beating them but themselves. Year 4/5 is when we will have the horses and experience to compete. Then we will be in mix every year. Staley didn’t win it until a few years in. She has been there 15 compared to Mulkey’s 2. We simply don’t have talent they have. Some of you are blind.

We will be able to close the gap next year. We will still be young, but they lose a lot.

Talent wins games. You don’t win the Kentucky Derby on the back of a mule. Hence top 10 recruiting become Top 10 teams for the most part. TCU was outside of recruiting top 10 for years and you saw the result.

I don’t think LSU is as far off as some would think.
That was SC’s best game this year. They haven’t been as sharp recently. They came out ready to destroy on their home court and they did. They were experienced, knew what needed to happen and went out and executed. We looked dazed and confused. I don’t think we even shot the ball the first two times down the court.
That said. We got right hooked but then came back and made it a game from the midway point of the first to the midway of the third. Our inexperience drove the first lapse and foul trouble and lack of a bench drove the end.
I’d like to see them again in the SEC tourney.
And SC will lose a lot this off-season. This team is an all timer. They will probably go undefeated.

Thanks. I like to rehash, and then rehash again and do it once more if it helps. Sort of like talking to Jotato in here.

Takes time, good and proper recruiting and good coaching. We have or will have all, so let's just be Patient.
