Yea they won't have the time to gel in the limited time they have left. They're basically playing a specific role for James and AD to try to make that push.
Their path to the playoffs will pretty much rely on someone to take a nose dive. One of Portland, Minnesota, and Golden State will have to really falter.

They’re 5 games out of a top 4 seed. Their record doesn’t matter when all the teams are jumbled together
We went 3-13 in January. Things can change quickly
