Nah. They prefer the gym dad bod look. Where it looks like you workout, but you're not obsessed with it.
The only reason they might like the regular dad bod look is because the man isn't wasting his time working out and is working extra hours to get that check.

This is exactly what they mean. Not overweight, not obsessed with macros and the gym, but cares just enough to stay in above average shape.

A five and a half out of six pack is perfect. No need to be ripped any more. Pulling women 10+years younger with that (and then some).
