Half your age plus 7, exists for a reason, it’s definitely bordering on creepy.
However, it’s a grown man and a grown woman and there is consent. I am of no relation to either party and neither party asked my advice on the matter. Therefore, it's not my business much like it’s none of the business of any of the Twitter spinsters who shriek all day.

I'd like to say I wouldn't do it just because I don't know what you talk about with a 19-year-old woman. Can't have sex all the time.
That said I'm not Leo and don't have the opportunities that he has so I guess it only matters what he would do. From a practical standpoint, he lives in a completely different world than most guys so I don't know that it makes sense to apply my thought process to his.
I don't agree with all of the shaming from people though. That's simple jealousy. As long as both of them are happy what do I care?
