You and the other jackass saying where did you get your law degree are some idiots. I’m not an attorney but I read what you linked.

It specifically says that upon written request of a district attorney, the attorney general may advise and assist in the prosecution of any criminal case. Did JW request JL prosecute this case? If not then shut up.

To make it even worse, what you quoted isn’t even stated at all in that link. You are coming with stuff out of thin air. Apparently you have an ax to grind.

Oh look, our resident troll is back. Children, don't feed the troll. I quoted the Louisiana Constitution verbatim. What you are referring to is one of the instances where an attorney general can step in. It is not the only instance. Read the link again.
