another system that needs a complete revamp... i'd also make this free... but hard as frick to actually get into... think Ivy League-esque requirements for every single college in America... and a total reduction in the number of colleges overall, to reduce bloat and excess spending... but again, if you can make it there, it's free....

makes no sense to saddle your highest earning/most productive citizens with insane amounts of debts, vs. having them be better equipped to spend discretionary monies, as well as investing....
