What does payton have against Deuce? Why does everyone understand accept him that when we commit to running the ball with Deuce we win and when we become pass-happy (which is every game now) we lose. Hello!

Have been watching the New Orleans Saints play football this year? Sean Payton has had no commitment to the rnnng game all year accept maybe onegame. He alone is the reason we lost to Washington and Denver. His ego is way too attached to the passsing game.

Your tone would prob be alot different if our FG kicker would have been decent. Games in the NFL are close most of the time, lost or won because of one or two crucial plays, those games came down to kicking.

2nd & 1, 3rd & 1....perfect plays for Deuce.

Why doesn't Sean P use his as the punishing back that he is...I can see that because of his injuries and age, that he might not be an everydown back anymore...that's fine.

But give the guy more carries than Stecker & Thomas!

With Reggie out, I thought Deuce would get 12-15 carries per game, at least! I was wrong.

Face it people and some may get mad but Sean Payton is a soft finesse type coach. He will never have a power running game because he doesn't believe in it

Payton hates players he didn't draft/sign (before his era began) that are well-loved by many Saints fans...

Deuce shouldnt even be dressing out anymore. Dudes old, he cant even frickin run anymore. He runs just like what he is, old, cant cut, and has blown up knees. I know it sucks, but its true.

Yeah, I agree. He is still on the team as a security. I think this is Deuce's last year here, maybe in the NFL, and we will draft a mid rounder or free agent at the RB position.

I doubt Deuce is 100% yet or they would let him run wild.

No, That would the LSU/Alabama game.

201 rushing but mostly depending on the QB to make the big plays which only completed 13 out 34 attempts..

Since S. Payton been here the only thing he has done right in the running back position was getting Reggie Bush but even the running back position is not Reggie Bush's strongest asset. Since Duece went down getting a real running back has been a failure for Sean Payton and the saint staff.

All we need deuce for is short yardage situations and goal-line. I agree with the fact that he is aging but he is a icon in saints football history like ironhead haywood. hopefully he will retire in the next 2 years before people start to remember his downfall

The Saints can't run-block for ANY back. Taking my heart out of the equation, Deuce is done. We need run-blockers that can pass block too. It's not like O-lines can't do BOTH....
