Tbh Frank really doesn't try to recruit or lands running backs outside the state, which tbh in the past he hasn't had to with Fournette,Guice, etc. But it's been awhile since LSU has had a star besides 2019.

You are aware that Frank was not at LSU from 2016-2021.
