If he was such a great coach, he would be getting with Crowton and helping create a more vanilla offense for the time being. We have so many playmakers and all we have to do is get it in their hands, rather it be reverses, screens, whatever. Instead we are running deep balls and stupid deep slants. He should also be lighting a fire under our DC's through the media. Throw those guys under the bus, dont say they are doing a good job. They arent. Our tackling is terrible and our covering before Sat was just as bad.

The ENTIRE staff is doing a piss poor job this year.

I do agree that our tackling is terrible. Might be the worst in the country, and there is no excuse for that.

What? The staff has done a fine job. I agree that the DC's have not been overly impressive, but I tend to agree with Les that the problem has not necessarily been with the scheme or playcalling, but the execution of it. That seems to have been corrected, at least for now.

Considering the situation that we have been in, I think that the coaching has been right on target - not perfect, but who is?
