Hey fellas. Looking for some guidance here. I’ve been out of the gym for close to 20 years now and looking to get back into it. I’ve recently dropped 75# and need to let go of another 50 to get where I want to be. I joined club 4 and have just been doing the machine workouts but not sure how beneficial those are. Any workout plans out there y’all Recommend for a beginner? Main goal is to continue weight loss/fat burning and prevent too much muscle loss.

how weak are you? i.e. can you do bodyweight squats, lunges, pushups etc?

if so i highly suggest you start with 531 Beginner prep school, Greyskull aesthetics template(search the board), or kinobody. you need to start slow, learn free weight lifts and progress over time.

i do not suggest PPSA to start.

make a seperate thread and give more information and let us know stats, strength levels etc and we can help
