Pump city day 18 (amrap leg day):
4 sets of 6@75%, amrap 80%, 70%, and 60% with 90s rest. I got 14, 10, and 12 reps, with 14 being a rep PR for that weight. Kinda dragged arse on RDLs and walking lunges to stretch and recover a bit. Then went up to 85lb dbs for the farmer walks (max I can fit on the spinlocks) 5x40 yds.

Tried a new preworkout that has more stim than usual so not 100% sure if I’m getting jacked or just more cracked out. I’ll take it.
