Lol, don't get me wrong... hurts is good, but he isn't a guy that can carry a team by himself like a Mahomes or burrow.
Have you seen the All Pro roster for this season? I wouldn't say either of those guys carried their team by themselves. As great as Mahomes is, he had the privilege of playing alongside 4 other All Pros. I love Joe but he has some beasts on the outside to throw the ball to.

Probably a trend that will continue. A lot of teams that have taken QBs and had them be successful also traded or acquired a top tier WR/TE. Burrow got Chase AND Higgins. Allen got Diggs. Mahomes inherited Kelce while Tyreek developed. Hurts got Brown and a heisman trophy winning WR. Herbert inherited Keenan Allen and Mike Williams. Dolphins worked hard on pairing Tua with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
Hell, think about how LA and Tampa paired Stafford and Brady with Kupp, Evans and Godwin. It’s funny how 6-7 years ago every analyst and talking head said you didn’t need top tier WRs to win titles and they were mostly right. But times change and top tier WRs are not only the second biggest help for a rookie QB besides an offensive minded HC, they’ve also been on a lot of championship teams since 2016. They’re also going to be on a lot of championship teams in the near future.
