He was high on some drug and recklessly speeding, putting others in danger. Still waiting on the toxicology report. Curious that they're waiting to release it until after the body cam footage. It's almost like they're trying to set the narrative.

I really don't think so.
I believe he was genuinely (and rightfully so) scared for his safety. When you are put in a Fight or Flight situation, the human body produces a shite ton of adrenaline.
