Don’t really know, guy acted weird, like he was under some influence, or knew an arse beating was coming, or just scared of the cops… We’ve seen this before, that when you run from the cops, it just goes to a new level, emotions get out of hand. Can’t really answer what would have happened, but something was way off here….

I can't know all the issues at play here, but my point is that if he had just submitted, more likely than not he'd be alive today. That is not an excuse for the cops, just thought about the victim's chances of survival.
