Standard Child support calculations for minimum child support were reduced to that a few years ago too ($1005 / mo)
Only places I see professional jobs hitting 40 hrs anymore are banks and financial sector.
Medical sector does their own thing, too.
I see attorneys offices open on Saturdays now as well.
But as for the 4-day school week that town literally does not work more than 4 days per week.

My work week is 37 hours, but I don't know anyone working 40 right now but the legislative staff.
Currently public schools function more as day care center than they do as educational centers.
