chili suggestions==
1 use chipotle's (along with your other peppers)for extra flavor
2 use black beans(i find that they have a sweeter taste)
3 use a combination of tomato paste,cruched tomatoes and beef stock(never use tomato sauce--its too bitter)
4 mix in some ground pork or venison with your ground beef
5 always serve with grated sharp chedder and a dab of sour cream
