Keep Payton as the offensive Coordinator. But have the new Head Coach tell him whether he wants a run and pass play called. Cause everyone knows Payton is pass happy.

You can't demote a head coach. Just fire him and lets start over. Get this ridiculous gimmick offense out of here.

Just wait it's only going to get worse now with mike mckenzie out for the year. Opposing QB's will realy pick this defense apart now with him gone. This fricker needs to go and now. Don't wait til the end of the year, fire his arse now to show the fans you are serious and mean business.
