But he also claims is was raining when I cannot verify so not sure how much credibility he has. But this is the only source I'm aware of that Madison left her phone at Reggie's.

From these a loose timeline can be constructed. She left Reggie's sometime before 2 AM. The affidavit states the location of the rapes on Jennifer Jean drive. And then she was struck around 2:50 AM on Burbank.
