That crime has nothing to do with them getting hit by a car on a highway after being dropped off at their destination. You don't have to be a lawyer to understand this, just have a rational functioning brain.

Where was she dropped? I've heard different things and after scanning the Arrest Warrant, I didn't see the exact location. I thought it was in her neighborhood but not at her house.

where did they drop her? tell me smart arse. Was it at a home? a business? per the affidavit, they "dropped her off in a subdivision". Thats not a legit place to dump an incoherent person regardless of whether your a rapist or an Uber driver.
