It’s not trolling to say we will never get her side of things and all we have to go on is what’s in the affidavit.
Why are you taking their affidavits as fact? You are continually “correcting” people as to the facts of the case, using the perps story as your “evidence”

From my book published in 2019. The 1st passage is from the Chapter 19 "Myths of Molestation and Rape" and the 2nd one is from Chapter 21 "Bystander Intervention". Some of you Victim Blamers need to read it...maybe you will see thing differently.

"Look how much she drank.”
Drinking isn’t an excuse to take advantage of someone, and it isn’t an invitation for someone to rape you. If you find yourself in a situ?ation where you know someone has had too much and might be in danger, tell the bartender, offer to take them home, or even call the authorities.
Also, if you are at a party and you see someone, whether it be a friend or a stranger, who is incapable of making a decision to consent to a sexual act because alcohol has impaired his or her
judgment, be the person to take a stand and help them. Don’t be a bystander. It’s better to be a “cockblocker” at the party rather than a
witness in court for a rape case later!

The world of higher education has been a place that hides rape sta?tistics and does little in the way of helping create a safe place for
incoming students every year. The administration at colleges and uni?versities spend their time with their heads in the sand and covering up
crime statistics so they don’t suffer admissions declines and lose federal and state funding and scholarship programs. Envision that each student
will be spending tens of thousands and frequently up to and over six dig?its during his or her college experience. There could be a massive impact on the school and the community if admissions go down for whatever reason, and certainly crime would be a compelling factor to steer your child elsewhere.
Each year a new group of young male and female adults who may have had everything given to them and may have been taken care of their whole lives are being sent off on their own. Going from living at home with little to no responsibility, these young adults find themselves sitting in a wonderful newfound freedom. They are ill prepared and have not been given the awareness for potential distress and violence that is a possibility on any college campus.

This. The white kid is the lowest of scum, a fricking rat who thinks he’ll get his freedom by implicating the black kids and he’ll skate
