Can you fish tops put out by another person? Of course.
I have my rules of etiquette and I just do not do it. I should have just left it at that.
My apologies to the person I called dumbass.
That is not who I am.
Main thing is to make the outdoors enjoyable. Respect the earth and fellow outdoorsman.

I wonder when the LDWF will mandate all the litter created by the sunken five gallon buckets get removed. Are these pile 'owners' gonna take care of that? If I just motored along throwing out buckets and other crap by the boat load, that is what is happening.

Now, we all know the answer, dont we.

I'd think it's pretty disrespectful of fellow outdoorsman to think that dropping some brush in a public lake makes that area off limits to them.

Just a question: So, if you are trolling along and happen to see a brush pile/top, do you then immediately move to another area? Do you only fish your tops out of the whole lake?
