I purchased my GHIN handicap through USGA. I only input in the Grint and it still updates on my USGA account as well. The Grint is accurate with their estimated HC, but they don’t keep an actual Index unless you purchase a membership with USGA.

I think The Grint changed their HC tracking last season. I remember it used to be a range and now it's an actual number down to the decimal point. Just looked mine up on the app.
