what did you not like about cartagena?

You misunderstood. We enjoyed our trip to Cartagena just fine.

What wasn't "our thing" was the venue I suggested to the other poster. My wife and I are old souls; we were expecting more of a chill-by-the-pool-and-do-things-on-our-timeline vibe, but it was more like a beachside club kind of scene where you are constantly being fed drinks, hence why I suggested it for a bachelor party.

My bad. Im eventually gonna make it to colombia. Id really like to do a 4-6 week trip and hit the whole country in one lick. Working on my spanish now with a colombian woman 3 days a week usually. Colombia seems like such a fun and fascinating place. Real beautiful also.
