I mean, I feel like you know the answer. Bad seals or incorrect seals. You can try different seals/kits or change faucet out or can call a plumber. Poor fitting replacement part aren't uncommon esp with those from china and not OEM.
ETA, the answer above is actually helpful. An established plumbing supply house with old farts working the counter can likely help you if you bring them all the parts you can take out and snap some pics of overall faucet.
