If I understand you, you are saying that you would prefer that (a) 100 MTF TG folks be assaulted and killed each year, rather than (b) one female be assaulted (and not killed) by a rapist pretending to be a TG.

While I'm being honest. I want to say this. Do I feel sorry for anyone suffering with body dysmorphia? Sure. I do. I want them to get well. But I disagree with the assertion that confirming their dysmorphia is the cure. I would rather treat them as sick and needing mental health treatment that involves them coming to grips with reality and helping them understand that they are in fact, the gender of their anatomy.
IMO, it's cruel to treat these people as if they're normal. There are a lot of well-intentioned people causing more harm than they know.
