re: OT opinion: car for a new driver

I’m in this process for my 16 year old. I need something for him to drive 2 1/2 years until he leaves for college. I told several people that I was looking and if they were to trade in a vehicle let me know and I will beat the trade in offer.

I’m picking up his car from a relative today.

Car lots are back to paying pre-Covid prices for trade ins which they were not doing six months ago.
