You may want to try Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp.
It's a chili oil that has other spices and aromatics that works well with numerous Asian dishes, especially noodles.
Be forewarned, it's addictive...

I just discovered chili crisp, though they say it's been "hot" for a while. It is good on damned near everything, and many use it to spice up a soup.

FDB Friends.
I am happy to announce that as of yesterday, the Walmart in Covington (the "Big" Walmart) carries Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp, and priced a good bit less than the Hong Kong Mart on the westbank.
Needless to say this condiment is so good that I wanted to share this here with you good people.
