I hate to bump this thread, but anyone know what could help me to sleep? I work M-F, getting up at 5am every single day, I run like crazy when I get home from work, eat, shower, and still can’t sleep. My mind is just constantly spinning in circles. I’m tired as hell every single day but just can’t force myself to sleep. Can’t go to sleep till midnight and can never stay asleep through the night. Always waking up and will just sit there staring into space.

Sit still in silence. I know this may sound quirky, but it works. In the silence of not doing is when we begin to understand.

And when you sit still in silence (with no distractions), you allow your mind to slow down.

Lastly, let silence help you wander through happy memories or list what you are grateful for in your life right now.

Cap full of Jack Daniels Tennessee honey 10 minutes before bed, best if right out of the freezer. Just enough to relax you and help you fall asleep. I learned that technique working shift work.

Yes. No woman is worth loathing over for more than a couple of months.

Try OM sleep mushroom superfood capsules. It’s a white bottle with purple writing. You can find it on Amazon, Whole Foods, probably health food stores too. I’ve taken it for about a year and it’s the only thing that helps me fall aleep easily, fall BACK asleep if I wake up, and doesn’t make me feel hung over in the morning. I’ve tried several supplements and prescriptions for sleep over the years. Good luck
