I remember it also being a school where boys went to play sports once they realized they wouldn't be able to at a Catholic League school.

Not sure why people pay for private schools in Metairie like Ridgewood, Ecole, Crescent City etc. Might as send them to Grace King or Bonnabel, at least there are gifted programs at the public options. ETA: should have included the new magnets that are even better options.
