Next one should be on future I-49 in the Houma/Thibodaux area.
Imagine a Bucees at the 182 exit near the LPSO sheriff’s range. I know a lot of dirt work would be needed to lift the land though.
Another good spot would be 311 and 90 by Fletcher.
Would that make more I-10 travelers chose US90/future I-49 to bypass Baton Rouge?

La. Tech is a beautiful campus in Ruston.
Also, they have a huge legal weed farm out there.

There’s a Big reason why they chose to open in RSN first & not that cesspool in Baton Rouge
