All of LSU sports is in better position than I can ever remember.

It wouldn't shock me if LSU pulled off more than one NC in 2023.

Kim Mulkey has women's basketball in position to win the SEC. The team looks like a final four team.

The baseball team is completely loaded. I'd be shocked if LSU Baseball doesn't get to Omaha.

The football team is at least a year ahead of schedule in their rebuild.

The basketball team has proven that they aren't gonna get blown out. They're prolly not quite ready just yet, but they look better than they have in awhile.

It's a good time to be a Tiger.

I’d bet Mulkey gets 1, possibly more, sooner than any other team. I wouldn’t be surprised for football/baseball to get one each in the next 3 years. Jury’s still out on basketball, but I am encouraged.

They’re tough but we can always hope for the few lucky bounces we know it takes.

Men’s basketball will be a winner, but a championship is a stretch. Football with the expanded playoff could happen any year. Baseball Jay has the team to do it this year. Women’s bball is the standout to me how Kim got them this competitive this quick is remarkable. I think baseball could, hate the tournament in basketball for the one off upset so saying that won’t happen, football is a quarterback away

It’s exceedingly hard to win even one national championship. While LSU’s athletics are damn strong right now, the chances of winning national championship in multiple sports in any year is almost zero.

100% true. however, teams can still be very sucessful and not win a natty. like our football team this year.

Look I’m not a JD homer but dear god this talk needs to stop. The kid just recorded the second best total yards by a qb in LSU HISTORY. Is he perfect no can he win a ship. Most certainly.

Exactly. He wasnt our problem this year. Depth and special teams were. If SB’s qb play can win a natty, then JD’s most certainly can

LSU could realistically win in baseball, WBB, and football in almost any really good year. Basketball is the toughest to win, even for teams consistently ranked in the top 10 every year. Just my opinion but we most likely will never win a basketball championship. Deep tournament runs/final 4 appearance is about all you could ask for in college bball

Woman's Track and Field Team should be in contention this year with Favour and Alia coming back.

I mean we can assign some odds
Let's say the following are the % that we win a title in the following sports in the next 2 years
5% Football
3% Baseball
5% Women's basketball
.5% Men's Basketball

So there is a .0000375% chance you get one title in each sport (and frankly our odds are probably much lower than above).

If you just took the two most likely sports, you would have .25% chance of winning a title in Football and Women's Basketball.

That is with P&G glasses on, because to win a title, you need talent, coaching, and "luck".

For context, football is at +3000 odds to win it next year (.3%)

Gotta have more than being “completely loaded”. It takes team chemistry and some luck in terms of who you draw in the postseason (see Stony Brook, Coastal Carolina, FSU, and I could go on…).

You’re underestimating this thing. LSU is going to turn a triple trifecta: three-peats in Women’s Basketball, Basesball, and Football in this order beginning this year.

With the coaching lineup we have, we need to be asking the possibility of winning multiple titles in one season.
