Anybody have any reviews for Broadmoor Condos? I’m usually a Phoenix 6,7, or 8 renter, but Broadmoor is a little closer to Florabama.

It’s $2k cheaper than Phoenix 9 & 10 for the same dates.

I almost bought a unit in there last year but the HOA dues were ridiculous. All the units in there are privately owned so they will be listed for rent on a bunch of different platforms (liquid life, VRBO, Beach Ball etc...). Best bet is just to google Broadmoor Orange Beach Rentals and it the results will pull from all the different management companies.
