figure this shite out

What you think are food allergies may be symptoms of vitamin deficiencies or other metabolic issues. Idk. It's winter, so get the kids outside with their skin in the sunshine, supplement diet with D3, zinc, C, etc. Get them off of fast foods, off of gluten, off of processed meats, off of foods with heat-processed seed oils. Cold pressed oils are better - like olive and avocado oil. And organic foods. Fresh fruits and vegetables every day are a plus.

Honestly, if I knew then what I know now, when my kids were young, I would not have agreed to them being injected with doses of vaccines as is recommended by the Government today.

My 30'ish kids have allergies. I don't but did when was young. Here's what works for me - sneeze a few times or feel skin hives coming on, take a chewable vit C tab and, voila, gone. Like magic within a few minutes.
