That’s a rough diet. Was it mostly cured meats? Notice any change in resting BP?

No I cooked fresh cuts in olive oil on my stainless steel most nights. My systolic bp dropped 20 points, and I had orthostatic hypotension almost all the time (light headed when standing abruptly). Carbs and fluid definitely contribute to hypertension. I am almost certain the salt model is wrong about that. I think I just let my strength go, and that’s where I messed up. Would’ve been better if I lifted instead of being a cardio junky. I see a ton of keto eaters that lift that seem to do better on it.
