Not very tech savvy and new to Chromebook. I received a Chromebook for Christmas and just completed setting it up. Do I need to download any sort of Virus protection or is it already built in?
I had an old ancient laptop and it had malwarebytes free edition and AVG Antivirus
Thanks in advance

No. Chromebooks are typically seen as some of the most secure, and sandboxed devices on the market.

You’re pretty safe, considering it’s not the most common OS and Chrome gets updated pretty frequently.

Probably want the usual for the browser though, like an ad blocker.
