Christmas Eve Reinstatement Thread

I invited the Dhillips over for some gumbo today and to do a gift exchange (after several tries, I was able to find them all some Pert shampoo on the internet that has the correct formula).
Anyhow, I plan to make Little Dhillip an intern (he will be the 4th member of the intern team). In the past, LD has helped on the site in an unofficial capacity, but he will have full blown admin status as of today.
As a result, I want to do a reinstatement thread and let LD run with it without my involvement.
Supporters of suspended users can be character witnesses by REPLYING TO THIS POST and providing the following info:
1. Username of the suspended, with a link to the their public profile page ...this is important!
2. Estimated length of suspension
3. Is this their first suspension?
4. What they did to get suspended? (please be specific and factual)
5. Have they been previously suspended for the reason indicated in No. 4?
6. A pledge not to break any rule in the future
7. Lavish praise for the Admin team (limited to three sentences)
Good luck to everyone...I hope everyone has a safe and happy Christmas season!
