. I disagree with this. I liken it to a consistent lowering of the bar for society. You want to get a bunch of tats and look like a human graffiti wall, fine. It doesn’t have to be accepted as normal. Just like wearing pants below your butt.

Tattoos will never fail to make someone look dirty and unkempt. In some places it's unnoticeable and in others it sticks out like a sore thumb. Tattoos generally look like black smear because you have to be really close to actually decipher what a tattoo is supposed to be.

What neighborhood are you more likely to buy into? One with artwork, symbols, sayings painted on the houses per the homeowners whims, or unaltered wood, brick, stucco homes?
