See what I'm saying. Just invent a scenario in your head and then suggest other people should be scared. FWIW, where I live, I walk and bike home on the daily. I walked anywhere I could when I resided in NO. Not sure what your point is here, other than you are scared of walking at night.

My point is that most normal people wouldn't want to walk up and down Canal street at night.
