(4) tell them to leave a private parking lot because to trespass someone, the parking lot rep has to tell you to leave, not the cop. Then you leave. If you don’t, THEN it’s criminal.
Seriously, what can a cop do? What LAWS are they breaking that constitute ARREST and not tickets?

This is what I want them to do
Given they are doing it on I 10 they have every right to do it.
Make it actually hurt their pocket books.
The “fines” the soyboy alderman talked about never get paid.
